Surprise visitors

Yesterday was Sunday. I enjoyed a lazy day - after Mass I had some Amish melon for lunch, took a short nap  And, as I was waking up from my nap I heard a rumble out front. There were two motorcycles parked in the drive and Becca and Nick coming up the walk. What a lovely surprise!  They stayed for a nice long visit. Next week, while I'm on vacation they are going to take my cat, Mycroft Holmes. They also toured the back garden with me and Becca got to see the arbor full of morning glory vines. Beautiful!  I would have had them for an early supper but they had just finished a late lunch. Too bad because it really turned out well. I made bison taco's and for dessert, tea and apple cake....
